At Tibitine, we aim for your complete satisfaction. If you’re not happy with your purchase, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure that items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, including tags and packaging.

- Ship Back: Once authorized, send the item(s) back to us. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
2. Refunds

3. Exchanges
Exchanges for different sizes or colors are accepted based on availability. If the item requested is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.
