If you need to change your order (like the items, size, or color), please contact us at tibitinebrand@gmail.com as soon as possible. We can make modifications if your order hasn’t been processed or shipped yet. After that, you can follow our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us at tibitinebrand@gmail.com as soon as possible. We can make changes if your order hasn’t been processed or shipped yet. If it has already shipped, we won’t be able to change the address.

Currently, we do not offer same-day delivery. Our standard processing time is 1-3 business days, and shipping times vary based on the method you choose. Please check our Shipping Policy for more details on delivery options.

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Ensure your item is eligible for a return (unworn, unwashed, and in original condition).
  2. Contact us at tibitinebrand@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
  3. We’ll provide instructions for returning the item.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for more details.
